Cold spray is used to build corrosion protection coatings, Aluminium, Zinc & Nickel can be utilised to build a solid protective coating. The excellent corrosion-resistant properties of Cold Spray coatings at low and high temperatures are further enhanced by the option to create metallurgy dense coatings in varying thicknesses to suit the application.

Protection Coatings

Coatings can also be applied to underwater components for salt water protection. The coatings can easily be reworked on a regular maintenance schedule.

Conductive Coatings

Cold Metal Spray can apply highly conductive coatings such as Copper, Nickel or Silver, which bond to metals, glass and ceramics. This means there are numerous applications in the field of electrical components. We can also apply an interface layer such as Copper to Aluminium to allow for things like soldering connection. Conductive coatings can also be applied to plastics and resins. Our coatings assist with improving heat transfer & control.
